Ya, the D series looks really good, and they're very affordable. I just got my i2 in the mail and I may have to order a D2 One thing I noticed with my new i2, is that the cable it came with would not work.... it's like it was too big to fit in there although it would go in, but it wouldn't do anything. Luckily I have plent of those kinds of cables laying around xD

I have the nitecore i2 and it works perfectly out of the box. You cannot go wrong with that.

I'm using the xtar SPII (dual bay charger)... it'll charge anything all the way up to 26650's. Three charging modes, .5A, 1.0A, and 1.5A. I've had it for 5 months now without a hitch. Charge my Panasonic 18650PF's, Sony VTC4's and VTC5's. Awesome charger IMHO.
