Best 510 tank for evic vtc mini?

What did you not like about the Subtank mini? Know what you liked or didn't like may aid in helping you find something more suited to your needs/wants
tell ya what fellow vaper, i started with the evic vt which was a great starter, i too was looking for a bigger tank and a friend and co vaper recommended the phantom from horizon, which i own and still use for driving ( don't drip and drive)
. it worked wonderfully on the evic, has a 510 connector, side fill and a 5ml tank to boot. decent cloud and flavor with a .2 ohm coil. remember to change coils every few weeks, that will bog down the flavor alot when it gets dirty.
I like the ego one tank (the maxi size holds 4 mil), You can get many different coils...nickel or titanium for temperature control mode...kanthal .5 or 1.0 ohms for VW mode...also the clr head for rebuilding (this is what I use). This is the tank joyetech uses in the evic mini kit. It's also a relatively cheap tank.
The ego one mega tank came with my vtc mini kit. I do like how much airflow it has. Maybe I should just try a different coil. Will any Kanthal .5 or 1.0 coil work in it?
Joyetech makes a .5 and a 1.0 ohm ego one coil replacement in kanthal. Also the ego one CLR head comes in both .5 and 1.0 ohm. The CLR head can be used as a simple replacement, or you can rebuild it (or both). To use these you would run the evic in wattage mode...not temperature control mode. It's likely that the ego one that came with your kit has ti or ni coils...those are used in TC mode.
This is correct. Came with an ni and tI coil for temp mode.
My cousin is pretty big into vaping. He just suggested the tesla tc 200w mod. New on ebay for $80. Found 2 efest 35a 3000mah batt for 15. And then the crown tank for 30. Plus gotta get a battery charger so there's another 20. Around 150 for everything. Doesn't sound like a bad deal.

Efest has a habit of erroneously overstating their battery specs, they re wrap legitimate manufacturers cells and print whatever sells on the label.
Most are 2nd & 3rd bin batteries to begin with.
