I am using a Joy LR atty and the draw is a little tight.I have the control ring open all the way for air.Does anyone have the same problem.Does anyone know of a 510 atty with better air draw/flow? Thanks A.J

is it because when u screw the atty down onto the UFS the hole on the atty is covered? cause what i learn from video post is that you should be able to see it. I've tried and not all atties are the same. Does that have anything to do with it? correct me if i'm wrong.
Empty your UFS, assemble with no atomizer. If the draw is still to hard, its not an atomizer issue.
I've not had a problem with the draw on mine! did read in a recent post somewhere that it's worth checking the air holes on the CR of which there are 4 and another 4 here on the connector assembly base, number 4 in illustration, AVS v3 - E-Cigarette Wiki which would coincide with what Silentt suggested, I've never looked to see if the atty holes are exposed, just screwed them in, I'm sure I've read that this isn't necessary but could be wrong? does the atty draw as hard when off the UFS or tried another atty? sorry if stating something that may perhaps be obvious M&J. Hope you get it sorted!
I had this issue and it was the atty. I was using a 510 Cisco atty that was not good. I changed it to a different Cisco atty and it works fine. Take out the atty and draw on it. If that draw is tight then that's your issue. If not then its definitely the air holes.
I have cleared all metal holes in the UFS.I will try dumping the tank and pulling out the Atty and check the draw.Thanks for all the feedback. Scope thanks for the info.I am always open to suggestions.I only have the Joy LR 510s so I will also look at trying another atty.
I pulled the atty.It is still a little bit of a tight draw.All 8 air holes are clear.I am thinking about drilling out one of the holes a little bigger.Not sure tho.I do not want to get to much air and drop the vapor production.Any one have any ideals?
If you are talking about drilling the holes bigger in the ufs, I would strongly suggest against that, is that what you are talking about or were you talking abouut the atty. Have you tried a different atty cuz that would be the most obvious and easy solution.
Well I only ordered one so hopefully its a good one, I have some comin from iken as well tho.
I e mailed Imeo and he said I could drill another hole on the outside.I can always close the control ring if it is to much air.I pulled the atty and just took a draw it was still a little tight.So I am going to drill another hole.I have to wait till I can get a a friend of mine with a drill press but I will let you know how it turns out.
Mj, if you read well my pm I said that you can drill another hole but it has to be on same size and same row as the other ones , otherwise you will not be able to close all of them with the CR
Poppa, we are talking about the 2 pairs of 4 holes. If you open a new hole on the CR it has to be at the same row and it has to have the same width. If you open a new hole on the connector it has to be on same row and same width too because CT will not work as we expect.
