The Ultrafire WF-188 charges any size batt on the market without using spacers, it is also switchable from 3.2 to 3.7 volts and 300mAH to 650mAH charging rate. Add on top of that it's a smart charger and in my opinion it's a better charger than the Pila because it can handle any batt and not just certain sizes.

I didn't see 18350 in the list of supported batteries for the WF-188.

I charge my 18350's on the wf-188. As far as I know that charger will charge any 3.7v batt. I have a Pila by the way, and still use the wf-188 when I have a bunch to do at once.

Edit: Think I should have said the wf-188 will charge any li-ion 3.7v batt.

Just a little info I got when I bought my Pila charger, I couldn't get it to charge any of my batts to 4.2v. After doing some checking, I was told by the seller, a knowledgeable person on batts, that the Pila is designed to charge to 4.16-4.17v rather than the full 4.2v. This shortened slightly, the run time between charges, but lengthened the life of the battery. Just something to think about.
In that link I gave you for the TF-001, it was mentioned that with the TF, you are the QC insp. I don't like that, and don't know if the WF-188 is any different. I haven't had any trouble with mine tho.
