best calculator with costs

I really like the calculators I find at DIY E-Liquid (E-Juice) Mixing Station! but the costs for VG do not seem to be working (they always revert to 0 ml on the cost side of the forms). Does anyone know who created these or know of similar calculators that show costs like some of the above mentioned calculators?
