I've been using the boge 510 but they're getting on my nerves lately. Seems like only 1/5 really vapes very well. Other times they won't wick at all and I have to throw them away right off the bat. Are there any better cartomizers out there?

There are minor differences between carto brands. Boge typically have a more dense filler which may cause them to wick slower. Smoktech have a less dense filler which you may find wick easier, however they may flood more easily with thinner juices.
I personally prefer using Ikenvape cartomizers, more specifically either the 510 Fusions or Platinums. They are a nice in-between as far as filler material goes. The Ikenvape cartos were designed by a guy named Isaac who commissions a China company to make his brand of cartos to a specific standard and specification. They have become quite popular and the supply/demand for them finds them to be frequently out of stock. If you are able to purchase them though, they are well worth the wait. Punch! Cartos & Tanks
