Best cartomizers on REO mini 18490?

Just wondering what your opinions are regarding cartomizers you have used on the bottom feeder?

I have tried the super shorties from rtdvapor.com and wonder what y'all have tried / liked / recommend? I haven't experimented enough to tell if I think they are good or not. Thank you.

I like the Boge 2.0 ohm ones. A lot of people using the 1.7 shorties but I have not tried them.

I tried the shorty cartos and they were OK, but I prefer Boge LR 2.0s. I vape 100% VG or as close as I can get and the Boges give me clouds of vapor and good flavor.

Super shorty 2.0 Ω
Boge LR 2.0 Ω (even though most of them will be 2.2 -2.3)
Super shorty 1.7 Ω

Thats my top 3 and well my only 3. I've tried a bunch of others like dual coil, bottom coil, fusions and they were crap.

Thank you for your replys! I just put on a smoke tech 1.7 (came in the mail today along with some different drip tips) and so far it may be a good alternative to the super shorties I had previously gotten from RTD. I did like the shorter length though. Maybe these longer ones leave less chance for squonk flooding them out? I have gotten some hot spray out of them shorties into my mouth a couple of times. I just put some 36mg nic in a 40p / 60v mix in the bottle and it is considerably harsher than the 24mg in 30p / 70v I was using previously. Perhaps the old mix was where I need to hang. With the low prices for nic juice, one tends to want to experiment! Thanks again for the input.

If you decide to try the shorties...I have a tip.

When you squonk (such a silly word)...do it while taking a dry hit...and stop when you hear a gurgle. I also sometimes overdo it if I will leave the reo sit a while on my desk upright. Gravity helps soak.

(I wonder if SQUONK is copyrighted... I'm gonna have to look into that.

Sashwa, so far, I do too for the same reason. I had one going for 3 days till I inadvertently put a needle full of nasty flavor concentrate in the bottle. I made some really nasty stuff using a tobacco flavor. Never even tried it, it just smelled like perfume, so i discarded it but I used the same syringe (that I forgot to wash) that I used to extract the flavor from the concentrate bottle to top off my juice bottle with nic yesterday. I actually had to also wash out the bottle and run water thru the whole fill system on the REO to get rid of the taste. How long do you typically get out of the smokteks?

That's hard to say but I would guess I can get through about 3 to 4 6ml bottles of juice before I need to change them out. I don't by days because I use my wwv and bp also each day along with my woodvil.

If you have a vvgrand or vvwoodvil or another vv device, I like IKV's 2.5 510 Platinum's.

I hear you! I have yet to completely master the whole squonk thing, but I will be refining my skills until I do. It seems like sometimes I am spot on with my squonks, but other times and i am either sucking juice into my mouth or tasting the carto innards. It also seems subjective to factors such as how full your bottle is, how thick the juice is, how long the PV has been sitting (mornings are toughest). Thanks for the info!

I did try two different atties and just could not figure out my vape-to-squonk ratio. Almost always flooded or burnt. The bottom feed carto is awesome to me since they are so forgiving.

I am switching between the Vapage Hybrid 1.5 atty and a Cisco LR 1.8. I like both depending on mood and juice.

I too did not have good luck with attys. I tried a smoktek and it just didn't have the same taste as a carto, not to mention that there was a little juice in the catch cup. I think I'll stick with cartos for now. I will have to give those silos a try. Thanks for the info!
