I use the Boge 2.0 carto's and while without the cone the draw might be a little airy, the cone tightens up the draw quite a bit. I get pretty decent life out of them although they will burn if I don't keep them wet, I vape fairly heavily and I top off about once per hour with 10 drops or so.

As for your question about a vendor carrying both the CE2 R4's and the Boge carto's, you can find both at madvapes.com. Both are $9 for a 5 pack. I've used both and personally much prefer the Boge. I might also add that out of the 30 or so Boge Carto's I have used so far, I have yet to have a DOA but I have swapped a few after 4 days or so because the draw got harder than I liked. If you keep in mind these things are disposable, I believe you would be happy with them.

I mainly use a 50/50 mix but have used 100% VG as well. I didn't really seem to have a problem with wicking after getting them filled, but did sometimes have to lightly poke around on the filler after dripping onto it to get it to soak in or the juice just wanted to lay on top. I "may" have topped off more often, but I'm not sure. Just order a 5 pack and if they work well for you, you can always order more. A 5 pack will last me 2-3 weeks, they last my mother about a month so it mostly depends on how hard the draw gets before you decide to replace it.

I have not tried VG in the CE2 carto's.

Thanks. Checking out madvapes, reviews seem to indicate not using thick (ie VG) juices in cartos bc they do not wick well enough and burn out faster. Any thoughts on this? All my current juices (which I am happy with) are 100% vg. Don't want to order a bunch and then ruin them.

The E2 R4 should wick fast enough for most users. Reviews are very mixed on these, so do your research so that you know what to expect. Advantages are long life and clean taste, but they are a pita to refill. In your case, you would need to take the little blue tube off the end of the syringe, fill the syringe, put the little tube back on, pop the cap, insert the the little tube and fill, then replace cap. All just to get in ~.7ml lol. I knew before I ordered mine that I wasn't going to fool with filling them in this manner. I took both plugs out and put on a drip tip. I drip in about ten drops, vape until vapor drops off, drip in eight or nine drops, and repeat adnauseoum. Hey, nine drops lasts longer that three, right. I ordered the 2.8 - 3.0 ohm and I really like them. Flavor is excellent in my opinion. Be sure to scroll down and read the review from mark linehan from Salem, MA. on 11/10/2010 on this link. 510 E2 R4 Cartomizers, 2.8-3.0 ohm, 5 pack http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=2275363

I prefer to use the mega cartos with my ego. I go longer between refills and the vapor production is good. It's my prefrence, others my like the 510 cartos I also have those but wasn't particularly happy with them. I've also used the 808 cartos. I purchase my mega cartos from LitecigUSA I believe the price is 5 for $12.95. You do however have to use a needle to fill the cartos to me its the only draw back. I vape pretty heavily and I refill mine maybe twice a day. There are some videos out there on the mega cartomizers but I can't tell you exactly where I remember watching them before I purchase my ego. Hope I've been of help.
