Best cherry flavor?

Before I began to DIY one of the premade juices I tried was cherry vanilla. I love cherry and it was one of the first orders I placed. I tried it and about gagged, it tasted like Nyquil. I have avoided it ever since and have had no interest in getting a DIY cherry flavor, it was that bad.

But I'm interested in giving it a DIY try now that that experience is far enough in the past.

If anyone has had the cherry Nyquil experience but then found something that was good, I'd love to know what you have found and also what it mixes well with.

TFA Black Cherry is my favorite so far and goes well with so many things.

I found Lorann's cherry to be the cleanest flavor, (at 10-12%), straight, no additives, others have been ho-hum.

I had the same experience with two different vendor cherry flavors. I have some TFA black cherry on the way now. I will let you know how it turns out.

DIYJuice.com (a subsidiary of Flavor West) has a Cherry blend called Cherry Crush. It's a blend of Black Cherry, Maraschino Cherry, and Wild Cherry and it's very good when you add a little EM to slightly sweeten it.
