Hi folks
My friend is going to start vaping. He is refusing to start life on the ego style battery. He wants his E cig to look like a cig (I am sure this will change but for now I am just happy he is going to give up cigs).
Soooooooooo my question, what is a good 510 E cig that he can get in the uk? I have no input as I just started on Egos when i began vaping.
Thanks guys.

Why not look right on your doorstep? The guys and girls at scotland based jaqvapour Sport and V1P full electronic cigarette starter kit Bloog UK do very good cig style PCC kits, Scott at ECR has reviewed them as have many other YouTube reviewers all very favourably.

I don't know if they are indeed the American volt cig rebranded, I think they are closer to the bloog model. All I know is they look really good for a super mini style ecig.

Failing that I think a Joye 510 model would suffice. Some are available in white (like the totally wicked Titan) and are not so diff to a cig model, just with 510 (or eGo threading) and so a better entry point to e-cigs as so much is compatible with the 510 threading now.

I agree. The Volt seems popular among those who use it.

If you haven't already, explain battery life and the options available from ecigs with large battery capacity. He may get tired of charging, even with the Volt's respectable battery charge life. Low resistance cartos are probably where he will want to be if he tries them and those will drag down a smaller battery quickly.

Bloog isn't a Volt re-brand, but it is very, very similar to the Volt. I'd feel as safe recommending it as I do the Volt. Also, threading on a mini doesn't really matter as much as it does on anything bigger, because they simply can't handle the draw of most accessories. You can't even run low resistant cartos on them with out killing them. Might as well go with the one that performs best for now, since if he likes vaping it will all probably end up in a drawer gathering dust in a month or two and it won't matter what threading it has, ever again.

Stay away from the E-lites brand of cig-alike. I started on this over a year ago and was immediately disappointed. A very weak performer despite the company claims and huge mainstream marketing in the UK. Grrr. Actually I'm now going to my 'vaping pet hates' thread to vent about it so thanks for reminding me about this.

The only good thing about E-lites was that after a few days I started looking up other types of e-cigs and found the tank system.
