I don't have any info on the mod you want, but I do have an iGo W4. For the amount spent it's great. I opened the holes up to 2mm from the stock 1mm and it now has even greater flavor, which is what I was looking for. Now if can get my coil building squared away LOL.

I hear a lot of bad things but some good about fasttech. Sometimes it takes 2 weeks to get your order and I've heard a few say it took up to 4 months.
Any clones I do get will be HCigar brand. I can't afford to gamble on fasttech even if I can get a clone for $20.
Love my Nemesis clone from FT. I've heard some people talk about issues with their buttons, but mine was smooth as butter from the begining. Switched from springs to magnets and the throw is nice and light now too, but strong enough to not fire when it's standing up with a full Kayfun 3.1 on top.
I have an Nzonic clone that I love. It's not a 1:1 copy, but it is well made and has negligible voltage drop. I did have to fiddle with the magnetic switch a bit to get it how I like however.
I have 3 clones and had to fiddle with every switch.
Two were simple to tune for smooth light actuation.
My nemmy switch was a bear to tune.
Very hard choice! I'm stuck between the Atomo Clone & Nemesis Clone. Been eyeing the King Clone too. Arrggg
Of these 3, the only one that needs no modding to it is the Atomo clone... Its ready to go out of the box...

That is what I like.
Out of all three..... The Atomo with its magnetic switch is the best, its very smooth.
Next would be the King, with a very good switch.
The nemisis has the most finicky switch of the three
I can't find fault with my hcigar nemesis clone. Once I do the magnet mod for the switch it will be perfect. For $50 you're getting your money's worth. No sense in messing around with lower quality fasttech clones. Hcigar has been consistently high quality and about as close as possible to the original.

If you press switch on edge does it bind or crunch?
Is switch smooth as a well oiled machine or a little scratchy?
i have a friend who's switch is exactly how you describe. and he even did the magnet upgrade to the switch. still crunchy.
at the time when both the nemmy and chi you had just hit FT, i was deciding between the two. im SO GLAD i got the chi you instead. nothing but pleasure coming from this mod. three thumbs up.
