best deal on twist or spinner?

Who is running the best deal on a twist or spinner starter kit? I have someone interested in getting started, and I think this is the right thing for him to get going. I want a US vendor- don't think he will order from China and don't want him to wait that long. Preferably something that comes with a few clearos.

lol well obviously fasttech has the best deals but if you are stuck to us vender only....
that depends on what all you want in a kit and how many mAh you want

sometimes it's cheaper to buy pieces separate from different vendors to create a kit.

As for best for getting started I would have to agree. My first and only atm is a 1300 mAh VV Spinner
I got mine from AltSmoke.com - eGo Spinner Variable Voltage Battery for the 1300 mAh it's $25 + S&H
if you can wait the 2 weeks to get the accessories from fasttech you'd be able to piece together a kit for cheap but have the actually spinner sooner and from what I've seen altSmoke has the most colors and highest mAh.
You can "create" a kit from AltSmoke for 1 battery, 1 clearomizer and 1 usb charger for $38 + S&H

or like I said order the battery from them in a color of their choice for $25 then order the pieces from fasttech a ubs charger and handful of clearomizers for like $10 and now you have a customized kit in your own personal colors for about $35 to $40

How about a Winder? I haven't bought one yet, I've been meaning to. They look very similar to spinners and twists to me, a bit less expensive.

Decent prices, I would have got an 1100mah twist but the international shipping section is too harsh. Also return shipping for all customers for broken products is not refundable. You have to pay to return something that arrives DOA. That's not right.

I wouldn't buy the batteries because they aren't Joyetech, but that's a personal thing. You should pm what you're looking for, I am constantly looking at vendor sites. I dislike buying small items from multiple vendors and paying shipping, so I will spend hours trying to find one vendor with everything. Not really cost effective...
