I'm a non smoker and I know nothing about vapes and recently I bought a device and 30 ml bottle of juice with a percentage of 30 milligram of nicotine..is it too much nicotine ?
I didn't know there were 3 and 6 milligrams bottles because I got a misleading advice from a smoker who though I'm a smoker too.
I put in in a 5 watt power so I'm not really inhaling a lot but I just wanted to know if it's too much and if I should immediately stop using it or not

Welcome and glad you joined.
If you do not have a nicotine habit, I would say it's desirable not to develop one.

I agree with @Kilroy. You can vape all your flavors without the nicotine. You can get the same benefits of vaping with 0mg juice and not worry about picking up a new addiction. 30mg is high, usually used for a 2ppd smoker just coming off of cigarettes. You can make yourself sick with that.

I agree with those who've posted so far. 30 mg/ml is considered a very high nicotine level, so I don't think it's where you want to be and there's a big risk of picking up a nicotine addiction. You can get 0 mg/ml juices, which would be best, but if you really want the nicotine, 3 mg/ml would be enough for a non-smoker to feel the results.

I don't recommend using nicotine (or vaping even if you're not using it to give up smoking), but as Izan said, adults can make their own choices. Besides, I, like many people here, chose to start smoking so I'm hardly in a position to judge. If you need any other help, please feel free to ask.

If you're a non-smoker, 30 mg/ml nicotine is way too much. I'm a former smoker and 12 has always been enough for me. If you're just playing with your vape for whatever reason, go down to 3 mg/ml or vape 0 nic.

    Good luck!
