I'm fairly new to vaping as well. About a year ago I started with an e-cig brand cigerette looking device and it just wasn't good enough to keep me from smoking cigs. I used it for about a week with intermitent smoking of "analogs" and then finally just went back to using analogs exclusively.

I recently tried a volt x2 model from smokeless image and it worked fairly well. Still not good enough to keep me from the analogs but good enough that I wanted to try other things that would be more personally satisfying.

I am currently using a Ego Twist. I LOVE this device. I got the 100mah version battery and my only real gripe is that the battery life is a little lacking for as much as I vape. I also work 12 hour shifts and am able to vape at my leisure so for maybe the average user it would be fine but not for me.

I did LOTS of research watching reviews and reading forums and decided to take the plunge and buy a Provari. I'm sure I will not be dissapointed.

My suggestion is to try a few things out. Watch video reviews on things that spark your interest and try to make informed decisions. I tried a few atty's before I found what I liked. The main thing is try to find what works for you to get off them analogs. Happy vaping!

An eGo-Twist 650mAh and a Mini Vivi Nova, yummy juice = fuss free vaping heaven!

P.S. Health Cabin has their huge annual sale starting in a few weeks time!

I'm kind of weary of ordering from the US. I've heard that a lot of stuff will get stopped and returned at the border, is there any truth to that?

Oh, didn't notice that haha, I'll definitely check 'em out then. Thanks again! :)

Because you are buying straight from China, the prices are outstanding. I buy almost everything from them, except for my juices. Sale is from the 18th, so worthwhile opening an account in the meantime and and start getting things in your shopping basket lol... And you can pay with Paypal! US vendors only take CC's. The other big plus for me is their no quibble warranty and return policy on hardware.

Hehe... You are a fast worker! By the way, if you do decide on the Mini Vivi Nova, don't forget to get a thread cone. Also I heard from Amy, (the spokeswoman for Health Cabin here on the forum) that they will be getting the colored Mini Vivi Nova tubes before the end of the sale. At the moment, they only have the plastic in clear and black and the metal in silver and black.

I'm not too worried about aesthetics yet, and what exactly is a thread cone? Is that a " eGo Steel Sleeve Cone" as they're called on Health Cabin?

Yes, eGo steel cone type B or D. D is nicer with the Mini Vivi Nova. Although they look fantastic and streamline your PV, the main thing is that they stabilize the Mini Vivi on top of the battery.

Alright, how many Mini Vivi's would you recommend buying? I'm going to get a couple eGo Twist Batteries.

Two! You will not be disappointed in them. I had given up on all tank systems and was back on cartos for months when I finally gave in to peer pressure hehe... All I can do is kick myself or not trying them sooner. I was so tired of topping up all day long! I have the black clear ones and they look awesome, but I can't wait to get a few of the the metal ones in color.

Another nice thing about them is that any 510 driptip works with the Vivi, so with the varieties of driptips, steel cones and tubes, you will never get tired if it. Plus, if the head gets old, throw away and pop in a new one. You may want to pick up a pack of spare heads while you are at it, although it comes with three in the box.... So that is optional.

I'll definitely order some spare heads, I'm sure I'll need them eventually haha. Are driptips necessary?

Yes, of course! Although the Vivi comes with a driptip, it is so much more fun playing around with diferent looks to suit your mood. OK, I just took this pic for you :).

Edit: P.S. The Phoenix RA clone is from VaporBreak . They also have the CHEAPEST price on the Twist ($16 for 650 mAh).

I second the vivi nova! love mine, one of the best features is its actually grows with you. first starting out you just change the heads, but after awhile you can get into rebuilding the wick and coil yourself. mod and customize it to your desire.

That is true! You can even build your own wick to save money or if you are a DIY kind of person! Really awesome device.
