Might I offer in response the following video by Gavin Castleton. He is doing this song all in real time, using incredible talent and by looping - a process whereby you grab bits of your own playing and interact with it, something which (like vaping!) is a passion of mine. He uses the very incredible software Ableton Live to assist in achieving his groove . . .its like live instantaneous multitrack recording from beyond the moon (this sentence just sounded better with that last bit). I hope you like it (I am in awe)!

I'm "MrJest" on the Sluggy forums; which is the odd-ball user-name for me. I'm traditionally "DirtyHarry" and didn't think to even try it there.

(I should have; apparently that name is still not used to this day... and I've been some form or another of "Dirty Harry" since around 1989... gads, I'm old!)

That's awesome! I've got the software, but in the music department, zip! Very impressive though, very good! But, almost too accurate an 'interpretation', more like a reproduction. If their goal is to reproduce the original recording, they succeeded. I feel they should go from there to imparting more of their own edge to the song.
