I'm using the Tebeco KFL+ clone with a provari and loving it but... it wasn't love at first vape.
So I'll share for what its worth, my thoughts and workarounds:
For starters, its cheap and the reason I went this route was my reluctance to commit $ for my first RB Tank. Previously I used an Aspire Nautilus which kept gunking on me due to the relatively heavy (dark) flavors I like to vape at 60 vg/40 pg. While cheap was nice on the wallet, I noticed the machining of the threads, the size of the post screws and o rings weren't the same quality as I saw on a "real" kayfun. In honesty, these weren't show stoppers, but just being honest... you get what you pay for.
After getting it home and building a microcoil/cotton wick... I began my journey to provanna which is probably typical for all RBs: consistent ohms and proper wicking. My advice to you on this is to hit the you tubes over and over, and... be patient. Eventually you'll "get" it.
Coils for me are 9/10 wraps with 28g on a 2mm screwdriver and I get 1.6 ohms on the money every time (I don't torch the coil before install, just give it one or two squeezes after putting it on the posts and test firing... easy peasy). My provari sweet spot is usually right at 3.4 volts which affords me a full day of vaping on a single 18490.
Wicking was a different animal... too much cotton leads to gurgles/leaks/burnt hits while too little leads to no flavor. So just be prepared to play "The three bears" through your first week until it finally gets easy to pick "just the right amount and length" of cotton. Also be aware that top fill is much easier than the bottom fill screw (particularly if you're out and about) but... there's a learning curve to that also to keep vacuum in the tank so it doesn't flood and how to recover quickly if it does.
Finally, for me the draw was too tight, especially since I tend to lung hit like a dripper. I don't think this is limited to this particular clone, seems to be part of the Kayfun/Russian design. To address this, I ended up disassembling and drilling the side air hole out to 3/32. Additionally I bored the center hole "chimney" (between the posts) to 5/64. As a final step, I chamfered the side air hole on the chimney piece inside hole and the outside hole to eliminate the annoying whistle I noticed when I was vaping. This sounds really complicated but search for the two you tubes that cover this and you'll find it takes all of 20 minutes start to finish, and... my dog will thank you for killing the whistle
