So I tried the California vaping Company "Lemon Pound Cake".
I think the juice is well made, the packaging is great, cute little box in a box, very well wrapped. Presentation gets an "A+".
The customer service is outstanding. Guy I talked to Chris was very appreciative and is happy folks love his product. A+
Tried it first in a dripper at .8 ohms. Not crazy about this. Maybe too much cake flavor.
Next in a dripper at 1.7 and there is the Lemon.
Because the juice is well made, the packaging was great and the customer service was top notch I would buy from this company again.
I do wish it was stronger in the Lemon.
He also sent me a sample of Apple Berry Cream Puff-I like this better-loads of fruit flavor

I finally was able to compare POET's Torta Limone and Ahlusion LVC. My vote goes to POET, easy. I think it's a richer vape, and has a nice warm and moist throatiness. The LVC has a dry throatiness and far less flavor. I really wanted to prefer the LVC, because the Ahl folks have been accessible and I haven't any idea how to ask POET about their juices. No website and the vendors who carry it answer my questions: ask the manufacturer. Ha.
But, the caveat is that I'm beginning to think I have some sensitivity to PG. Never suspected that, since my juices have been mostly 50/50. The LVC is 50/50. The POET is unknown since I've not been able to get any info on it. Perhaps it's higher VG.
But, I'm not sure it matters. POET gets the win for me.

If you have the bottle, it's listed in very small print under the disclaimer. It's VG70/PG30 but I find that hard to believe as the bottle I have is much thinner than my regular 50/50 blends. If anything it has the consistency of being the other way around. I don't have the lemon one but I believe they are all the same vg/pg wise.

Just looked at a different P.O.E.T. bottle and you are absolutely correct. Thank you for this.

I cannot do High VG blends so I appreciated the rest of your comments. It will be awhile before I get to the Limone.

Still having fun with this but I have to admit it is time consuming, and getting a tad expensive. So this will be a wrap for now until I try the P.O.E.T. at a later date.

Progress that I have made since late October;

Sleeping Dragon Vapor - Lemony Spunket (50 PG / 50 VG - 3 MG):

After a two week steep this one came around but it is still missing the Lemon zing that I am looking for. Edit: Thanks to sedge I have received a response to an e-mail from this Vendor. Dave of Sleeping Dragon Vapor indicated that he can Boost the Lemon so I will try another Bottle of this one.

Alice in Vapeland - Lemon Loves Cake (Default Mix - 3 MG): I had high hopes for this but to no avail. I felt it was very tame in the Lemon department, and I also felt at times there was Cake only. This was not for me.

Alice in Vapeland - Lemon Loves Cake (70 PG / 30 VG - 2 MG * Max Flavor *): In this thread, I was informed you could ask AiV for your own mix. I desired to try another flavor from this Vendor so I asked for the noted Blend. I did not get Max Flavor judging by the vape, and I felt it was very similar to the Default Mix. I did receive the 70 PG / 30 VG blend in 2 MG which did impress me.

The Plume Room - Lemon Chiffon Pie (50 PG / 50 VG - 3 MG): I had 20 ML's of this and mixed it to 3 MG. I quite liked this one but near the end of my tenure with this one, I was on the fence about re-ordering it. Then, I tried their Iced Ginger Snap and it was game over for the LCP.

Highbrow - Limoncello (70 PG / 30 VG - 0 MG): I ordered this in 0 MG since all I wanted was a taste. It was an interesting blend but this one was not for me.

Beantown Vapor - Lemonem from Giant Vapes (30 PG / 70 VG - 3 MG): After a two week steep the color of this juice darkened slightly. I have to tell you folks, this one is an absolute knock out for me. I cannot imagine what this would be like with a one month steep. Truly a top caliber juice. I normally do not do well with High VG but I was OK with this one intermittently over the last two days.

I kept reaching for it when I got bored with the others. I have every intention of ordering this again when Giant Vapes has a Sale, and it will likely be a Large Bottle. I absolutely loved this one.

So I am now down to Ahlusion - Lemon Vanilla Cake, Beantown Vapor - Lemonem, will try the P.O.E.T. - Torta Limone at a later date, and I will try the Sleeping Dragon Vapor - Lemony Spunket with a boosted Lemon flavor per the Vendor.

I am sending some small Samples of what I tried excluding the TPR & Highbrow to some trusted individuals who; write better than me, have better equipment since I am still using Carto Tanks, and more importantly I am bribing them to make their comments in this Thread - Stay tuned.

Yes I am anxious to try something else from Ethervapes. I was impressed with them but have enough fav tobaccos and not wanting anymore of those. I am impressed with their diligence to safety and quality

Vash at Ethervapes is working on a new lemon cake along with a few other new bakery flavors. I am eager to try it!

I can't believe I missed that. Course, it is small print. LOL.
Thank you very much for pointing it out, as I've been trying to figure out the POET components. Next, artificial sweeteners..
And just checked my bottle of Limone 6mg and it is 70/30 VG/PG.

I am glad you are having fun because I sure and enjoying it too. Keep 'em coming

Two e-mails with no response does not cause me to open my wallet any further. In the last Month, I have had to deal with three Vendors due to some small issues, and in each case I received speedy responses with full rectification on the issue.

Quick comparison on Ahlusion LVC and P.O.E.T Nonne Torte Al Limone. I don't get much lemon from the Poet, mostly crust. It's pleasant, but IMO the LVC beats it hands down. I get a nice lemon flavor from the LVC. Niether of them are sickening sweet. Price is always a factor for me also, so definitely going with the LVC.
