I've been using an ego battery for a long time. I want a mod now but I don't really want to fork over the money for a provari.

I want something under 100 that has a good reputation and is solid that can get up to 6 volts or wtv and has a screen that shows the remaining battery life.

Somethibg fairly small too. Let me know.

SVDs aren't to bad lots of people like Vamos but I read about alot of issues with them. If you want to get a American made The Jokers edge from The Joker Edge is a great little mod they have great customer service and builder support.

EDIT: The Zmax telescope isn't a bad choice ether.

Read good things about the Siegeli (sp) Zmax telescoping mod as well as iTaste VV V3.0 and the MVP. I've got a Tesla which you can pickup fro ~$70 or cheaper if you look.

Also....on my radar is the iTaste VTR which is going to be released soon but think that'll come in at over $100 tag.

The guy says he doesn't want to fork out the money for a Provari, and people start recommending the Provari.

I don't get it.

Anyway, good, entry level mods that meet what you're looking for are the SVD, the Vamo, the MVP and the Zmax. You can't go wrong with any of those and all are within your budget. I don't recall anyone with one of those saying that they hated it.

I've been eyeing their VP2 for a while. A friend of mine has one and swears by it. He likes the small form factor and battery life when stealthing.

eVic and Zmax seems really popular in my area. Comes in at just about 100 if you were to buy the mod, a carto and juice to go with it. Guess it's really up to your preference sir! I'd say why not go full mechanical and get Magneto or similar (stainless clones on FastTech from what I hear are solid) and grab an RSST, iGo-W or similar and you won't have to worry about raising voltages.

My NZonic V3 clone and Magneto push CLOUDS with my iGo-W with 28g dual coil and 2mm hollow EkoWool @ ~0.6ohm. Great flavor, great smoke production, low maintenance (rebuilds every 2 weeks or so.

Does the silver bullet have variable voltage? If so what range? I found it at altsmoke, but they failed to give information like this.

You would need to use a Kick with a silver bullet if you wanted VW. I have a kick, but never use it. It's just to easy to use the proper resistance for the vape I want.

The irony is that I normally set the voltage on my Provari by taste, and then when I look to see what voltage it's set at, it's the same voltage as my SB, Reo, Mako, and DX490.
