Shows the mvp as a 2600mah battery as compared to the 800mah battery in the v3.0....good call...the sid uses an 18650 battery which seems like a pretty big one too...the same size as the provari with the extension...

The aspire nautilus seems to be the hottest tank right now maybe I should consider tailoring my battery more to it's needs

The setup I used to help me quit smoking... MVP 2 + the clearo it came with (under $50 in some places now), and 2 bottles of juice, a tobacco type and a fruit type. An upgrade to that would be to add an Aspire BDC of any glass type... Nautilus, ET-S would probably work best (the ET-S having the better footprint for either one, and less breakable since the glass is encased in protective metal).

I've literally got dozens of mods and dozens of atomizers, but even now, I think that's the simplest and cheapest:). VV3 is OK too.

The MVP seems like a good suggestion. Puff counter, resistance check, battery check, VV, Variable wattage, etc. A newbie may not understand the specifics, but they will and won't have to reinvest when they learn. I have an Itaste SVD like I love, so I am on the hunt for the MVP. Innokin makes a fun, reliable product. My son has the MVP and is his ADV device. Says the battery lasts him like 2 days. Good suggestion.

I have a few different ones, some worth a lot of money but my go to one is my MVP2. Iclear30 that comes with it is a great tank. Like it so much I am going to buy a second MVP2 with IClear30. My thinking is for $45. if I drop it from a ladder or lose it in a crawl space or something it won't make me cry like some of my other ones would. Battery life is amazing. Needed battery from MVP2 to run my Visa Bullet yesterday. No longer will I consider it a useless feature. :)

I have to say, I like the SID because it works well with all sizes of atomizers, from mini tanks to full-sized Kayfun/Taifun type.
Overall, SID is bigger than Evic, but I wouldn't buy another Evic, not after the first one.. bad value for 5 months life.

The MVP2 is probably the single best newbie unit there is... but don't get carried away buying too many, they DO eventually wear out, and unlike a battery replaceable unit, you can't fix them either. But by the time your first one wears out, you'll probably be like the rest of us, looking around for what other choices are out there:).

MVP2 instead of the vv vw. I have both and the tank. The vv vw is thin and tall, the MVP supports the tank better because it is a box and heavier. Battery life on the MVP2 is 3 times the life of the vv vw. MVP2 is easier to carry around imho, more durable and I've accidentally fired the vv several times in my purse. The vv button requires less pressure to push than the mvp. Cons might be the weight, MVP2 is considerably heavier (but that's also why it is more stable for the tank.)

I really like both, variable wattage is a must have option for me which I learned about from the vv vw. I actually enjoy a cheap iclear 16 on the vv vw (because I really like how the juice gets hot) and that's usually what I keep on it. I used to carry around the MVP but stayed a little worried about the tank getting damaged. The VTR and iclear 30s mentioned above is perfect for carrying around every day, but pricier. I have an evic and have had none of the problems some other have but it stays at home. For me, too big and sensitive for out and about

Good point. The VV gets top heavy with the protank 2 mini on it and makes it easy to knock over. Both are good batteries though.

A lot of atomisers do not like being laid on their side. With the cheaper ones you can get away with it, but with RBAs and genesis-style it is to be avoided. A twist will run an RBA perfectly well, and it's available in anything up to 1300mAh. I don't see the vv being enough of an improvement over a Twist/Spinner to be a good buy, and all of them would need a stand in order to remain upright.

So my vote would go to the MVP2 as well, if you needed something more than a Twist.

Anything other than an internal battery will require batteries and a charger, which will push the price well over the threshold.

I actually shopped around and got a Vamo with batteries, charger and a few other extras for less the $50. While I feel good about the price, I have to admit that the performance hasn't exactly twisted my pickle. I was just happier with a VV stick battery and Kanger Protank.
