Best performing carto after cleaning?

Wondering what the best performing cartomizer is after it's been flushed out,and dried. Seems the performance on the newer style 808 cartomizers (Turbos & Premiums) drop off dramatically after one cleaning,and are truly disposable. I have yet to try any 510 cartos. Are they better than the 808's?
Any recommendations are appreciated.

Just make sure they're clean and you get all the water out. I use them all 510, V4L, 808 and they perform the same after cleaning. Sometimes you need to unpack the filler, especially if you spin them. I have some 3 & 4 mo. old. Never used the new ones.

Good points '5card'. I'm about to try some Turbo's after cleaning. I understand that water is harder to get out of them then standard cartos. I left mine in a bag of rice to draw up the moisture. I'll soon see if that worked.

I used it last night and it's working like a charm so far. I wouldn't say it was as good as new but pretty close.
