So I am stalking the classies (LOL) and tying to get a mini and was curious where is best place to get batts and charger for one? Should I get them from provape or can I save some cash and get them else where?

For batteries. Also, they have the intellicharger which I love. It's a lot faster than any charger I've seen. It can detect what type of battery and charges it accordingly.
I was trying to find the best price on chargers for ya. RTD have a good price on intellicharger, $21.99. I think I paid $24.99. RTD will save you over a $1 per battery. They have one of the chargers for $5 less than Provape, but that charger takes a lot longer to charge batteries (the cheaper of the two that provape sells).

I got the batteries and charger from ProVape when I had the Vamo. The charger works really well and accepts different sized batteries. I had got them from Provape because I anticipated ordering a Provari in the future... now I have one coming 
I did look for AW IMRs on the cheap but I liked the charger on Provape's site, so to save on some shipping I did it all at once and got a DCT tank while I was shopping as well. I have this habit of ordering a bunch of stuff from one site it seems, just because I hate paying for more than one shipping charge lol.

I got the charger from Provari themselve when I got mine (TN-270 model I believe) - how much faster is this one? I get mine recharged between 2-3 hours with the TN-270.
I takes about an hour or so less than that charger. I have that same charger you bought and bought the intellicharger because I wanted another one. I like the TN-270 and haven't had issues with it, but the intellicharger is noticeably faster.
It just charged an 1100 mAh AW IMR 18490 in about two and a half hours. The Provari said the battery was dead and wouldn't fire. The other charger takes much longer to charge that same battery.
