Not including shipping healthcabin is the cheapest place to get what you need to get started up if your going after bottles, syringes, flavorings, nic base etc etc in one shot... If you don't mind piecing together stuff from different people you might be able to get it even cheaper.

Wizardlabs.us is where I get my nic and flavorings from. It's in the same state as me, just the other coast so shipping normally only takes a day or two,

I first used ecigexperss But was not happy with how they labeled there bottles or the quality of there products. Health cabin and eastmall have great prices but there Chinese company's and not subject to FDA laws, We all heard stories about recalled dog and baby food made in china.
I use RTSVapes.com. there stuff has all the right FDA labeling and is made with NC tobacco and made in the USA.
There flavoring I love but pricey so I buy flavoring elsewhere.

I used RTS too for my bulk supplies. May I ask what was with the quality issue at ecigexpress? I've been thinking of placing an order with them, but now that I read your post, maybe I won't. What was with the label? Please enlight me. I have some 5ml juice samplers from some vendors and the label just shows flavor name and 18mg nic.. No date or the fact that I wanted all VG, so I think that's a problem when they don't label VG content. I can add my own date, but will never know if it's VG or some other ratio etc. I have some juice from DnD vapes and they use clear labels (hard to read) and don't indicate in print if it has sweetner or menthol added. Does ecigexpress not label content or what?

This is something of a personal choice, and I could be missing something. But on ecigs premixed unflavored juice it was missing any type of grade on the bottle. I need to know what grade it is. We need food grade or pharm grade to vape and fda says it has to be on the label. I really don't want to vape tractor lube (industrial grade). Sent a email to ecig and they said they would put it on the label. They might have but already made the switch to a known american CO.

Again its all a personal choice and do your own research where they buy there supplies
