I was considering trying the A7, one of my favorite Youtube posters used one in a video. Found it on Empire Mods -- not too expensive. It has good reviews? I am pretty decent at tinkering -- unless its something like an analog watch with a million little gears and springs in it - then I don't have the patience.

Haven't used one I believe it is 14mm where the Trident V2 is 22mm. That's a lot when building coils my friend. Looks okay if your eyes are great and all. lol

I've been rebuilding PT heads for about five months now. I then got a little (cheap) octopus and played around. Now I just pull the trigger on the HCIGAR Kayfun 3.1. Once you learn how to rebuild PT heads getting into RBA's easy-peasy - the intimidation factor will not be there anymore.

What is a Passthrough head? I moused over the PT acronym and it said: "Passthrough" --- did you mean Protank? I need a vaping acronym dictionary - for sure - I found one at E-Cig Glossary. Definitions, abbreviations, and meanings. | eCigology -- but, the thing is not strictly acronyms. -- anyway, I am going off topic I know... am just saying it can get confusing.

RDA - RBA - PT - FT - ECF - MVP - OP - wow... it can be confusing sometimes... I know what those are.. I am just saying that it can be confusing for newbies -- isnt there an ECF acronym dictionary/list or something to reference easily?? If so, I cant find it.

Anyway - I think the original post was about the OP wanting to try dripping? Me too! :) --- I will bring up the Acronym dictionary in a new post, so no need to answer here.

Just to clear up my own confusion and to clarify - a Kayfun is not an RDA - Rebuilldable Dripping Atomiser -- although you rebuild it, you dont drip - the liquid sits in a tank - right? So, the Kayfun is basically a rebuild-able, customized coiled, supercharged stout tank.

From my understanding, a dripper is where you take the drip tip off, add just a few drops of liquid and put the cap back on?

Am I correct on this?

I love how you called the Kayfun a supercharged stout tank! Are you interested in one?

I struggled with many drippers while having little success. Draws too tight, draws too loose, chamber sizes too big/small, etc. I started drilling the holes larger, adding new holes, yada, yada, yada... "THEN" I purchased a Trident clone from ebay. "SUCCESS" right out of the box. Great flavor, thick clouds and looks good to boot! I does well on my mechanical mod with 1.7 ohms, dual coiled and even better on my Vamo V5 at 12-15 watts.

I'm fairly new to rdas, but I find my IGO-W pretty easy to build on. I was able to build a dual dragon nano on it in one try - well, I did have to rewind one of the coils because I tightened the screw to far and cut the lead wire, but once I got it all set up and wicked, it worked perfectly! I did have to drill out the air holes to 1/16, but it's great now.

I swear by the Igo-L. Tried a Nimbus clone, but dual coil just doesn't do it for me. The single coil Igo gives me everything I want. Change the cotton wick about every two days, with a dry burn, and wrap a new coil about every four days. To be honest, haven't really used anything else except RDA in about 4 months. Does it for me!
