Maybe this is a thread that comes up pretty often, but my setup right now is a iTaste MVP 2.0, an iClear 30, an iClear 30s, and two Kangertech Mini Protank IIs. I'm looking into getting into RBAs and other such DIY mods, I know I need an ohm meter/multimeter and kanthal A1 wire, but I'm not really sure how to get started other than having that stuff. I've been looking around online and all I've gotten is confused.

I've owned multimeters before vaping, and I never used it when I built coils with my mvp.. once I got into mechanicals, I use them daily.

I recommend looking into 30&32 gauge kanthal, kayfun and other vacuum tank systems, and drippers.. I recommend an agi too.. $10.. use it as a dripper until you get the hang of mesh.. or just be like me and never get the feel for mesh, and just use it as a dripper.:)

Oh.. and go to cvs, first aid aisle, sterile rolled cotton -$6.

I recommend an Igo-L as your first RDA (rebuildable dripping atomizer) 32 guage round kanthal wire and some organic cotton balls. This is what I use with my MVP-2 and it's fantastic.

The Igo-L is as good as you can get for a beginner RDA as far as I'm concerned and I'm sure others will back me up. 32 guage kanthal is excellent for learning the ropes as well because you will only need about 4-5 wraps to get a nice 1.8-2.0 ohms, which is great for you to start with.

You won't need an ohm meter as the MVP-2 comes with one built in.

This whole lot should cost you around 20-25 dollars. You can find TONS of youtube videos for building on the Igo-L with cotton.

I recommend getting your supplies (minus the cotton) from Altsmoke.com

28g seems to be the best for me, although I started out with 32g and still have some I hardly touch it besides for my protank build. Hardly even go near that every since I got my KFL+, Once you get an RTA you wont wanna touch another clearo again Lol. The Convenience of a dripper with a tank is just such a great thing haha. I haven't put this thing down with my nemesis firing it ever since it came in the mail, my poor SVD is feeling left out of the equation.
