Yes, I'm a noob, I admit it. And, this might be the complete wrong subforum to post this in.... But I'm curious to see what you guys think is the best setup possible that doesn't involve modding or any DIY components... I'm just starting out for the most part. Right now I am using a Halo Triton but craving something that gives better throat hit and is easy to clean/change coils. What is your favorite high-end (and no, I don't care if it's expensive) setup? I would really appreciate any advice. I've heard Kangers are good, as well as EVOD and others. So confused on what is the best option for me!

Well first welcome to vaping and let me tell you, you will be bombarded with suggestions most of which are based on personal preference alone without takiing your taste into consideration not saying everyone does that just some. So before I give you any suggestions What are your preferences? ie vv/vw, internal battery not, pass thru? small medium or large? etc all these things are very important. As for me it totally depends on what Im putting together.
Right now I carry on my person either my vamo v5 or a mvp2 I love them I find them both to be great vapes and theyre comfortable the mvp 2 is my favorite. If money was no issue I would say the proto vapor with the dna 30 chip is amazing!!!! if pricey lol
As for tanks I use an aspire nautilus, protank 2 with aerotank base and 1.8 ohm coil, or a protank 3 among others lol
Now thats my primary and normally my out and about set up options for home I also like choices with that I use my nemesis clone which I feel performs well above its price point. with either a nimbus clone, smok rsst, various squapes, taifun, Kayfun clones etc.
There is no one single best IMHO and also pricey does not always mean a better vape. Also once you want more than a regulated device can offer no modding or diy goes out the window lol

Sorry to make this 2 posts I got so far off track with that it was ridiculous but if you looking for a begginer advice and this question was not just out of curiosity I would say an ego twist or itaste vv v3, theyre small enough to be comfortable for a new user, not overly complicated to use, priced reasonably, perform well, and still give you a few power options to figure your preferences out.
Also the Innokin MVP v2 would also be a good choice, for the reasons above, and extra marks for extremely long battery life, downside it looks a little funny to new vapers.
I also say it depends on how much you vape. I personally would rather have a device that could perform way higher than i need than one that cant generate enough power or last long enough for me to use.
If youre light to moderate vaper and want something simple than your typical 650 or 800mah ego battery with a run of the mill clearo, or evod tank would suit you fine in fact thats how I started.
Anways feel free to pm me with any questions.

Notes: Best possible high end setup. You're looking for better throat hit and ease of use. Your current vape is a halo triton which is 808 threaded. Catch for high end is no modding or DIY components...

Throat hit is really subjective but with a dripping atty and VV setup you can dial in perfect flavor, usually meaning more vapor which increases throat hit. I suggest 2.4 ohm so can use use a decent voltage range in a vv device. Juice mix really affects your throat hit, so I'd shop around and find more vendors.

Lets start with your battery. You will definitely want a variable device to dial in flavor. This will be subjective. Its a battery.
Im going to assume the triton is 3.7v regulated using 2.4 cartos. Thats a really good vape!

Best Low End VV Device = Ego Twist 650
high end VV/V3 Ego device = iTaste v3
Higher end VV/VW Device = Many options from the eVic to Provari. Keep in mind some devices will need a separate battery and charger.

Now if you're looking for great throat hit and flavor I still recommend a dripping atomizer. You can be fancy and use a 510 to 901 converter with a drip sheild, this will let you have some juice overflow for about 7-10 drops. Super easy to use, you drip 3-5 drops, vape, repeat. This is the easiest way to get massive vapor production with great flavor.

After the standard dripping atty I suggest boge cartos, pre punched in a DCT. Glass tastes AWESOME. Again in a variable device. KEEP THE CARTO MOIST.

I don't recommend clearos. I've used clearos, and rebuilt them, but in the end I don't think they're worth the money. The evod performed better than the protank 2 for me, weird. The heads would last me on average 2-3 days, with a straggler lasting about 2 months. I've only had one successful kanger head rebuild and it lasted about a month of perfection. Cotton is hit or miss but tastes amazing. If you use a clearo make sure it uses a bottom coil. They are easy to use but not much harder than a good dct setup. Actually I'm going to waste some time and rebuild a kanger head on ecowool.

--------

I dont know exactly what you're looking for but really don't be afraid of rebuildables. If you look at the kayfun, my personal favorite tank system, its pretty much like a big rebuildable protank.

Wow, thanks for the replies! That's really an overload of info for me, though... I have no idea what a lot of those terms mean, but basically I am looking for something pretty simple. I don't like a lot of fuss when it comes to dealing with my nicotine habit, lol..... I guess I need to start doing some Googling! I will figure it out eventually. Actually just had to go and buy a new setup completely (a Clayton CE5), because my old one I misplaced... yeah I know, terrible, lol... how could I misplace my ecig??? Hahaha oh well, it happens. Thanks again for all the advice!!!!!

look up a mvp if you want something that will last and is simple to use, with a very long battery. Also I would recommend the Aspire Nautilus tank together they look a little wonky but perform great.

About the MVP2. it is variable voltage and variable wattage, has an ohm checker, battery life checker, puff counter, is adjustable from 3-5 volts and 3-11watts I believe I know its max is 11 watts. While thats not bad its also not a ton of power but is still enough to please most people. It also has an extremely long battery life, it lasted me a day and a half without changing to yellow and Im a heavy vapor.
The reason I would reccomend a vv/vw device over a standard ego is the fact that you can basically push a button to change the power level and experiment between different settings and flavors, it really changes the vape experience.
The Nautilus... It is a very good tank with adjustable airflow, dual coil, and holds 5 ml of juice. It has very good vapor production, is easy to clean, the heads last a long time, and it has a glass tank so no matter what juice you have youre good to go.
Sorry to throw too much at you in the beginning sometimes we get excited to share things and get ahead of ourselves. Hope this helps! Happy vaping

anytime also the best advice anyone can give you is take everything with a grain of salt what I posted is my personal preference and a lot of people will disagree with me and others will agree. Just always keep in mind that finding a good performing device isnt hard just takes a lot of reading. I say if it appeals to you and you dont see a scam alert on it then go for it! and share with us of course :) you may find that hidden gem many people are looking for.

Very true! I will be on the lookout for one that suits me. Currently I'm just using a Clayton Elite CE5 clearo without coils so it's pretty simple.
