folks.. gotta another question for y'all. What is the best device or setup for using high VG juices? I would think that it would be a dripper? Or a bottom feeder for semi automated dripping?

I have a friend from work whose wife will vape a portion of the time and also still smokes the remainder. She say the PG makes her throat scratchy. My friend has some experience with rebuildables, so that will not be a problem.

When there is a high proportion of VG the liquid gets thick and harder to wick. There are several ways to attack it.

First, you can drip and not have problems.

Second you can use a tank and your build becomes critical. Wicking is always a problem with a thick liquid. Take puffs without firing and vape slowly to allow time and help the liquid wick. You will probably occasionally get dry hits. Use silica for a better tasting dry hit, no burning cotton.

Thin the juice with water. A tiny bit of distilled water will make the juice thinner and avoid the wicking problem. The addition of the water will cut down a little on the vapor but since she wants VG for the throat problem a little less vapor should not be a problem.

I have seen clones with screws that are not stainless and they might rust with the addition of water but I am not sure.
