Best protected batteries & charger

I checked out the Candle Power Forums where the battery geeks live. They all recommend AW protected batteries and the Pila IBC charger. It is supposed to be the safest and best combo. The charger is pricey but very safe. Just wanted to pass this along. They have 18650 protected batteries that I ordered for my Silver Bullet that is in the mail. The battery even has a safety vent!

That is a very good battery, no doubt. However, please be aware that it is not a button top battery. You'll probably need to buy the small magnetic spacers sold at the same site to put on the positive end of the battery so that it makes consistent contact.

AW batteries are the best there is, no doubt... I only buy AW brand when I have the choice / option...
