I don't think there is a "BEST" its all personal preference really. What i might think is the best, another might hate....and so on...
When it comes to throat hit, i like my 5 volt cigs with a 801 atty, dripping, When it comes to vapor, I like my 510 Attys/Carts...

There are a lot of good ones. I like the silver bullet from Altsmoke, but thats just me

As far as best TH and vapor in the standard models, people are always going to disagree. Personally I like 510s for vapor (especially with VG juice!) and KR808s for flavor; I find throat hit depends more on the juice than on the atomizer. Some people like the 901s or 801s better, I just have no experience with them. (You'll hear a lot of 510 proponents like that -- they started with the 510 and stayed there.)
But the general advice for the best TH and best vapor from whatever atomizer you like is to get a high-voltage mod as your battery power (people generally like 5v or 6v for the "sweet spot"). There are a lot of quality choices out there for you: Prodigy, Chuck, Silver Bullet, Xhaler, GG, GLV, and others I can't think of right now I'm sure... They all require around a $100 investment or more to begin, and you still have to use a standard atomizer (510, 901, 801, KR808, etc). But if you're looking for the "best throat hit and best vapor" and you don't mind a bigger piece of equipment, the HV mods are the consensus favorites. (As to which one, I'm not even gonna say which I own, for fear of starting a catfight...
)

honestly your best bet is to go on youtube or the review sections out here and watch actual video reviews of each one, see which options you like, switch placement, design, etc, etc...Thats how i got my first mod by watching video reviews, its really the best way you can decide.
