RDA Best rda for under 20

Hello on a tight budget and want a rda. I'm fine with a clone and I'm sure there will very little if any new authentic rda for under 20 but they are okay. Looking for flavor but clouds are cool every once in a while but flavor is what I really want.

$19.99 right now for an authentic VLS Vector at Viper Vape. Nothing beats that. Love my Velocity but you can get the clone anytime. Don't know how long they'll hold the price. Steamboat can be had for under $20.00 (great reviews) and it's just about equivalent to the authentic Tugboat - or so I've read... The Vector is leak-proof, excellent range of airflow, terrific machining, deep juice well, great flavor, very good clouds, small-but nice looking aesthetics, and it's authentic! - Possible Cons: three post deck, no single coil build, proprietary (non-interchangeable) drip tip. There may be some other subjective cons ??? - all in all, It vapes smooooth (take out the screen in the tip). It may not be the best thing going, but it's pretty damn good and it doesn't leak at all.

yes i'll agree velocity is a good choice
