My personal favorite setup would be a VV device like a Provari coupled with some dripping rba like the igo-l. Of course there's a lot out there you can choose from.
Cartos and carto-tanks are good because they're simple to use and efficient to some extent, but I found out the flavor and vapor production is fading quickly, not to mention some batches which are plain bad from the get-go.
Oh, and also juices, some are giving you a really satisfying experience regarding flavor, throat hit and vapor production whereas others are just meh... Part of this whole vaping process is finding by yourself what suits you best.
