I have the VCMT by Vaperz Cloud and I was just wanting to get different opinions on the best setup for it. I have a pretty good one but I am open to anything, especially if it enhances the flavor.

Lets start with the setup you have now. Kinda hard to advise, better, if we don't know what you already consider, good.
I have looked at the VCMT very closely and it's a bigger version of the OBS Crius and the Griffin tanks. I own the Crius and as of tonight, I rocking dual 26 ga titanium vertical coils. 10 wraps each. Now I had to use a 2.5 rod but you can go up to 3mm easy. There is a youtube video made by a spanish guy that works great but he shows you a build for the Griffin. I don't think I can go back to kanthal wire now that I have the titanium and know how to use it. BTW, my deck reads at 0.17. Highly recommend this build.
