Best Tank/atomizer?

I'm trying to get back into vaping. I used to use and Ego with their tank cartridge thing which was just horrible. Is there any tank or tank like system that stays consistent? Also any atomizers that don't require a ton of maintenance and will last a good amount of time? I was also contemplating getting an Ego Twist. I'm looking for easy of use and consistent hits. Thanks.

Many people like the eGo-C, which is similar to what you used years ago but uses replaceable atomizer heads.

But most people these days think of carto-tanks: a cartomizer inside of a tank with holes punched in them to feed juice into the filler. Most of them hold between 3-5 ml of liquid.

There's also a wide range of clearomizers out these days, the popular ones being the Vivi Nova, the T3 and the Evod.

I use a Kir Fanis Trap tank with a Low Resistance cart, having no leaking issues and really good now I have got used to filling it, there are cheaper tanks about, but the Trap really looks the part.

Also use the Innokin iClear 30 which is also real easy to maintain.

A good carto tank is a joy, easy to use and maintain. Hard to beat the combo of a IBTanked glass tank and an Ikenvape carto. The VapeOnly BCC is another route that works well.
