I just received a T3 in the mail for my Ego-C Twist and I like it so far - way better than the CE4. I will be ordering more atomizers for it, but I'd also like to grab a second tank as a backup/switch-out. What are people's thoughts on the best option for the Twist, and where to order?

I don't use a twist battery yet, but if you like the T3 then you should try the T3s. I have 2 and like them a lot. The coils are cheaper and you can use the T3 coil bases on them (but not vise-versa) if you need to.
Try Evods, the iClear 16b, Aspire BDC's.... The dual bottom coils, in my experience, seem to produce better flavor and vapor then single bottom coils. Drawback is that they are harder or impossible to rebuild if you are interested in rebuilding T3 or Protank/Evod coils. I personally like the flavor from dual top coils the best, but those seem to be more finnicky to maintain then bottom coils.
I personally think T2 is so much better than the T3. Better TH and not so airy when you draw.
Love my Igo L on my ego. I know that doesn't appeal to most people, but I'm a dripper at heart.
But other than that, EVOD or protank 1/2 (minis are good too). The Aspire heads are horrible in my opinion, so I don't recommend them.
