hi everyone. I have not had a TH for over a week from my vaping. I am still enjoying it but am really missing the feel of a TH. I have been using e-juice which is 70P/30G and 24mg nic from Freedom Smoke. The juice flavor is very good but I'm just not getting a TH anymore and I seem to be vaping constantly to feel satisfied.

My question is this. If I was to do 30 mg nicotine instead of 24 and do perhaps a 80/20 mix instead of a 70/30, would this give me a TH and satisfy me more so I am not constantly vaping? I reallyl enjoy the vaping but I do go back to work fulltime next week and am not going to be able to just sit at my desk and vap all day.

Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thank you.:)

    Somewhere between here and there
I do think that nic level affects the TH somewhat but it honestly varies from flavor to flavor. What flavor of liquid are you using? I have always gotten a good TH from most menthols and 555 has been a good TH flavor for me. Do you think that it's actually the TH that you are missing or perhaps you aren't getting enough nic. If this is the case then you could try exhaling thru your nose to try to get maximum absorption of nic. I never use anything less than 24mg and prefer a mix somewhere around 30-36mg. It's different for everyone, Unfortunately, figuring out what works for you is part of the learning curve.

By "70P/30G", I assume you mean 70% PG / 30% VG. Shifting up the PG proportion a bit as you are considering might help a bit ... as would any of the suggestions you have already heard.

And I find that when I chain vape (as I am prone to do), TH diminishes during the day. Taking time off brings it back. So not being able to vape all day may be a good thing in this respect.

Also variety: switching among various juice flavors (and juices from different mixers/suppliers) ... and switching among different atomizers (my two current favorites are the EastMall 801 and the Cisco LR 306).

And there is always the watts, i.e., the intensity of the vape, created by a higher voltage battery or a lower resistance atomizer.
