Best Way To Contact LF USA

What is the best way to contact LF USA?

I set up a new account with a minor issue. I sent an email to support@liberty-flights.com on Friday. Haven't heard back, not complaining, just curious if I used the best method.

Also having a charging problem. Pretty sure, will know more tomorrow, it's the new USB unit I just received. Could be the new wall main, doubt it.

Email and phone are good methods. But we're out of the office on the weekends. Did you get a response to your inquiry? Monday's are usually busy, as we play catch-up. Haven't heard back yet from my first email . And I haven't emailed about my charging issue.

I bought 3 twists and a USB + Main, eGo charger. I have another charger. It's not the LF USB. I've isolated the issue to either the LF Main or 1 Twist. If I had marked the batts right away, I'd know by now . I'll email my results, Thursday the latest.
