Flush it with water and let it dry, in a pinch. Best way I've found is to soak and / or flush it with PGA (pure grain alcohol, like Everclear... NOT Isopropyl), then let it dry. This is also a good way to clean an old atty and kinda "rejuvenate" it. MistressNomad's videos have a part about cleaning atty's; try that method too. What flavor was it? I tried a friend's Dew Drops, and just found it nasty.... and was at the office. Took 4 hours of vaping other stuff to get the taste out of my atty, blecch.

Vape through it, if there's no other alternative... it'll work, it'll just take time...

edit: sorry, a brand new one?

Blow from the thread ends into a paper towel, until no more liquid comes out. Then put a few drops of juice on the bridge. (if all you have is preloaded carts, put one on and wait about 5 minutes). The first few drags will still be a bit icky, but the juice will come through pretty quick.

I have used the Isopropylene alcohol technique and even though I'm unsure of its health effects it has worked amazingly. There is a video on here but the only thing I would add is after they soak in the IsoPropylene alcohol would be to boil them for about 5 minutes then rinse under sink and then let dry for 24 hours.
