Best wick type

I'm trying to decide what would be the best wick type to use for my rba.

What at I would like is four your opinions on the matter. Tell me what you like and why you like it.

This is is kind of a pol for me to make a decision before spending the last of my vape budget.

Silica is a no brainer. Cheap and fairly forgiving.

Others such as cotton, hemp, ss mesh and so on are good in their own right. But from a starting point silica is the easier.

If you're talking genesis RBAs than I can't help you.

For non genesis wicks, I've tried them all. I hate silica because it mutes the flavor, Ekowool is type of silica but is treated differently and wicks and tastes better than plain silica. I like cotton because it's absorbent and my juice tastes like it should once it get's broke in but it burns quickly. I'm trying German silica now and it is now my favorite wick. I got it at RTDvapor It unravels and frays easily so after I cut a piece off I wrap a piece of wire around the end to keep it from unraveling. The flavor is just so much better than regular silica.

I use organic cotton balls exclusively in my drippers and in my Reo. You can get them at Walgreens for about $4 for a bag of 80. I've had mine for quite some time now, and still have at least half the bag left. I've seen people use them in everything from drippers to gennys to Protanks.
