I'm not certain... but all indicators say 'not'. It doesn't taste the same, and it's not packaged the same.
On their website they say that they manufacturer the liquids themselves...
Just placed my 3rd order from them - with quite an assortment of liquids. My wife lost a 35ml bottle of "medium" flu-cured so I used it as an excuse to stock up, lol
Western Union is such a convenient way to pay too- I have an outlet next door to work....
