Has anyone bought anything from Bestecig?

My order from them was handed over to customs, when I checked the tracking number. Anyone else get that as well, or did my stuff get snatched?

EDIT: Never mind, checked USPS and it's cleared customs.

I ordered from them yesterday - a 5-pack of atomizers and 3x35ml juice (just to bulk up the order, since the shipping's expensive.)
Received very prompt notification of shipping and tracking, so they look well organized at least.

Their shipping is more expensive than some other places, but they quote shorter delivery times than the standard EMS schedule, so I guess that accounts for it. Good if you're impatient, like me

My stuff came pretty quickly, too, and all seems in order, aside from the fact that my USB unit won't charge -- not sure if it's the hub it's connected to or what, but I've got a separate thread going where some very helpful fellow users are trying to assist me in resolving this. Guess I'm still a little confused!

Something funny, I want to leave you with, is that the healthcare liquid tastes and smells like herb (yes, that herb!).

That's the ginseng in them - I went through a phase of smoking herbal ginseng cigarettes in my youth (perfectly legal product,) and they used to get some very funny looks in public!

Eastmall and RoyalSmokers do ginseng flavoured too if you like it, with the option of nicotine (unlike the healthcare flavour.)

I order from them at 1:49am on 4/16 (Thursday) and my shipment arrived on
2:15pm 4/21 (the following Tuesday). I am in Florida. Pretty incredible really.
5 or 6 days depending on how you count. It sat in customs in NY for two of those days as well.

Everything came neatly packaged in a football sized pack of bubble wrap. Every item in the shipment was also in an individual ziploc bag. Each atomizer, each cartridge etc. The starter kit was in a very nice little box.

I would definitely order again from them.

I ordered on 04/06 and same was "inbound out of customs" 04/11. Still havent received. Contacted usps this am with label number and they will initiate an investigation. They concurred that it cleared customs and should have been here by now. They advised they would update me within 15 days. Guess it's lost in etherland for now. At least it appears that order was not seized.

On a positive note I did email Beci to see if it was mistakenly returned and he responed immediately that he would ask EMS to work it from their end. He assured they would reship or refund if necessary. Good customer service!

Just wanted to update my info. Received package today as ordered from beci. According to tracking, it spent 2 wks sitting in Jamaica, NY after clearing customs. Once it moved, it arrived quickly. Good luck to others awaiting packages.

I have made MANY orders from beste-cig and have nothing but great things to say about them!
Sure, there are better units out there...if you want to pay for them. But for the money...these guys wont be beat!
For 70.00 you can get 5 batteries and 5 attys. That is a great deal. Sure, shipping kinda hurts it, but thats why you buy bulk!
As far as their liquid goes...flue cured wont be beat! Awesome taste and vapor. The throat hit is about a 7
In fact, I am about to LOAD UP on atty's and batteries so when the FDA bans them I am set. I am thinking about 40 batteries and 25 atty's should hold me for a while.
By the way, my dad and I have both been using the same batteries and atty's for over 6 weeks now!

Batteries are a waste of money to me. Why don't you buy some passthroughs while you are ordering from Beci and buy a Kensington Power Pack. MUCH better than batteries!

Ordered my stash on 4/21. Beci shipped them the same day and I received the package today. I will order from bestecig.com again. I'm very happy with the pricing and shipping time. The shipping cost cancels out when you consider all the money saved.

NO but by being AT the computer with a power pack or AT the TV with a powerpack, it's WONDERFUL. Wouldn't have it any other way. When AWAY" from house, etc. I'll be using a MOD. AGAIN no wires, not stupid whimpy batteries to worry about.

Lucky--you made a good point and people can take it for what it is worth--which is a lot--when batteries go out on them, they will think that the "vanity' of a wire hanging from there mouth is not a big deal compared to not being able to vape for want of power-----Sun

Exactly, Sun. Of course I don't want to walk around in public and be places with a wire hanging out of my mouth either, but using the pasthroughs at HOME save on your small batteries wear and tear AND using a mod will protect us from needing batteries. I watch for all the avenues on all sides for protection to be able to vape and stay off analogs. If worst came to worse I WOULD walk around with a wire vs dead little 180 mah batteries and having nothing! I think passthroughs ARE important to have on hand and they are actually harder to come by to order than batteries. Best ecigs is one place that does have them for a decent wholesale price so all I was telling the person is if they are ordering and paying shipping, they might want to throw some passthroughs in. But again, each to their own on their protectioni and stash in case of a ban, which seems to be inevitable.

i've had 2 orders with bestecig and another one on the way. the first order got to my house in texas in only 5 days, and that's being held in customs for 2 days. absolutely amazing.

also, i'm very happy with the products. i use the BE112 (801's) and like their liquids too.

wouldn't hesitate to order from them.
