You should be lucky at 4hrs, we live in the sticks & the mail comes real early morning, but IT's A Day Late! No matter any tracking for any company, ours always comes a day after the "out for delivery" notice.

Maybe consider getting a PO Box? When the package is listed as "out for delivery", it's already there! And there is the fact that the packages don't sit in a hot/cold mailbox waiting to get stolen or ruined by the weather.

I think they're just backed up right now. Check their forum in the vendors section. I was waiting a week for an order from them that came a few days ago and when I checked the forum there were updates of which order numbers they were catching up to.
