Here are my two cents:

If you want to beef up your 510 a bit, you can't go wrong with an eGo. I enjoy mine very much.

However, if you are looking for a regular ecig that is better than a 510, I would suggest a 902. It has all the vapor of a 510, with much better taste and TH. I got one recently based on a review I read, and I've been pleasantly surprised. I've been a 510 user for a very long time, and the 902 is just better in every way except price. The atomizers can be just a little more expensive than a 510 atomizer. You can buy a 902 at ModernVapor, or Revolver has them with the name Infiniti Ion.

How is the 902 different from the 901?

Much better vapor production and TH than the 901, while retaining great flavor. It's like someone took the best things from the 901 and 510, and mashed them both together.

And as an added bonus, I believe the ones you can get from ModernVapor can be used on a 510 connection, so it'll work on most mods, too.

so what exactly is the difference between a regular say, joye 510, joye Ego, and a mega ego battery? Is the regular 510 closer in size to a regular analog? with just a couple hours battery life? Is the eGo longer battery but thicker around in size but same length as the regular510? and is the MEGA which I have now, just fatter, and longer and lasts alot longer then even the eGo regular? I think if I can figure these out, all my questions will be answered. I want to stock up on more accessories but don't know if I really need more of the big ... mega batteries since I have 2 now. But maybe a funner looking battery like platinum or pink, that is a little smaller. For when I need to look cool.

I don't know about a mega eGo battery. There's the eGoXL at 900mah, and I've heard about 1000mah versions -- I think the TW branded eGo (Tornado?) is a 1000mah battery. There is a mega 510 battery, which is 280mah as opposed to the std 510 battery, which is 180mah. The std and mega 510 are very close to a regular cigarette in diameter. 510 mega batteries, atomizers, and cartridges are just longer. A std eGo battery (650mah) is 71mm x 14mm. The eGoXl is 86mm long. Std and mega 510 batteries are 9mm in diameter.

So what you are saying is that the ego and the 510 parts are completely interchangeable. So I can just buy the ego battery and add it to my 510.

Yup. I use my Magma attys and Joye attys on my eGo batts. LR attys work great with them. Only things are you'll probably want to make sure you get a batt with a cone, for me it seems to have a good effect of preheating the vape with the warm atty. I also have adapters to use my 510 charging station (5 ports from TW), but it does take forever. Nice thing is if you have more than one batt, or your standard 510 batts, you use them while the eGo is charging.

You can go to tastyvapor.us to get a couple of batts dirt cheap with cones and a dedicated charger. If you don't like it, you're not out too much.
