Well, in my opinion - anyway.
This DIY sub forum is packed with some excellent knowledge often buried deep within a thread of a different name. I have not been overly impressed with the forum's built in search function. It always produces site wide results.
Wanting to just search a sub forum, and limit my findings to only those in that sub forum, I went to Google for help.I wanted to find all of the mentions of the word "booze".
Make sure you are at Google. Then, enter the following search criteria:
The "blue" is the google command. This instructs google to use the site specified after the colon.
The "green" is the specific site to be searched. Notice I specified the sub forum for DIY
There very well may be more ways to apply this google advanced search feature, but I found out all I needed to know...
***edit***mods - you may move this to wherever it may need to go. I mainly use this sub forum.***

The "red" is the exact search term for which you seek data. You can also search for a multi word string like killa vanilla.
