I contacted the vendor about my lost Kayfun Lite Plus fill screw, and they said they would send me a replacement, no charge. I'll blog the details later, but I'm so impressed with their customer service I had to mention it. Are American e-cig vendors the new standard for spectactular customer service now? I've never had better experiences as a consumer than I have since I started vaping. That's what the media should be reporting on, how the e-cig industry in the US is bringing back customer service like we haven't seen in decades.
