Yesterday, I was expecting major vape mail. I practically flew home from work, but there was nothing! Not even junk mail.

I've been having problems with my EHPro Nimbus clone from day one. It's minor, but it often results in having to rebuild several times to get it right. The problem is that I seem to perpetually over-tighten and break one of the leads on a coil. I just thought it was my fault and figured I just needed more practice, but no matter how careful I was, at least one of the leads would break.
So last night I thought I'd pull out the post screws and see if they could be the problem. Bingo. They were all three a bit pointy, but one of the screws in particular ended in a very sharp point, which was the obvious culprit of my constantly breaking wires. So I grabbed a little file and made all the screws FLAT (then washed them to prevent shorting things out with metal filings, of course), and it worked like a charm.

I also didn't get any Vapemail yesterday.....Tracking says maybe tomorrow.....I hope so....it's going to be good....I like vaping in the cooler weather we have been having...bigger plumes.....it's almost the end of the month so I can begin looking for next months purchases...something more than just my usual supply of juice....

Looks like no Labor Day goodies for me this year. Going to Ohio for a little Dove hunting and family time. Not going to have much of a vape budget left after the trip..lol

7/24 As you know, I have been drooling over the Neptune. I just had my bubble busted. I just realized that you can't put the atty on an ohm reader. Have to use a multimeter. Bummer. I'm handy but I ain't THAT handy.

My battery died at 430 today! very unhappy! It's never died this early, It usually lasts until about 10 at night. Ugh!

Our state representative made the mistake of going house to house handing out flyers.

He is an ANTZ, but had to sit here for 45 minutes while I showed him my vape gear, made him smell my juices, explained what was in them, and told him why I only vape flavors like Twinkie, Tiramisu, candy apple, etc.

Explained about the additional chemicals in cigarettes, and how if the tobacco companies are the only ones making juice, they would add more addictive chemicals to that, how much healthier I have been since I started vaping, and lots, lots more.

I think I really did make him think twice about vaping.
