I found a turtle ship 2.0 stainless steel one for a VERY good price luckily over the weekend, a site was having a flash 72 hour sale, so I got off pretty lucky its a clone but It looks very cute on it. I was looking to get a Nemmy but I couldnt find good priced one.

I'm going to wait to upgrade equipment, and only swap juice, until Vapercon West, so I'll have money to spend there!

I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on a mod, because why not? I'm torn between a Magneto an a Nemesis clone. As far as I can tell from the multiple reviews and comments, the choice comes down to this:
1 - I'm a ..... for not getting a ProVari
2 - I'm a ..... for not getting a REO Grand
3 - The two I'm looking at are more or less interchangeable as far as performance goes. The Magneto has that awesome magnetic switch but no adjustable center pin; the Nemesis mods don't have the magnetic switch but do have an adjustable center pin.
4 - Price is comparable with a bit of shopping around.
5 - It really comes down to aesthetics and minor performance preferences, which is tough, because I don't know yet if i want an adjustable center pin or not.
Tough call.

Fenway... My son got one.. well another one.. but this one I actually like. It works well, stable, sturdy, but I can't remember what it is. I guess whatever it is, there are a couple versions and he seemed to want to stay away from the one. It is black and copper. I think either a Stingray or a Scorpion. I can get info later if you are interested.
I don't think there is any vapemail expected today but have a couple notices in my email that stuff is shipping today so must be patient a couple days.
ADD: Son said he would go with the Nemesis and the $5 magnetic switch upgrade and that his Stingray is one he lucked out on and got the right clone but a lot out there and several are garbage. He has one in a matte finish that doesn't show fingerprints

Magneto v2 has a Floating head and has less problems that the Nemesis, which I have heard has lots of little problems with the fire button but there are kits out there to change out the switch to magnets.
I have a Magneto and love it, simple, easy and looks good. Big selling point is it is NOT a finger print magnet.

So I went to my local B&M to put hands on a couple of mods. I played a little dumb to see where he'd take me with it. All in all, he was ok - mentioned needing to understand ohms law and battery safety, showed a couple of hybrids and reasonably explained why they cost more up front but could be argued as a value purchase. He had a bunch of $100-200 level mods and hybrids that were meh, and one Magneto in stock, off to the side and looking forlorn, that he explained thusly:
"If you don't want to spend a lot on your first one, this is OK. It's simple and has a magnetic switch, which I guess is a cool factor thing. It's $79.00"
I'm on my phone, so I can't include the rolling on the floor laughing emoticon.....I get markup, especially on liquids, but COME ON. I have a 15% off coupon for that place based on liquid purchase volume; I still couldn't justify paying that much for a Magneto.

Pulled the trigger. Got a Magneto V2, an IGO-W and a Kayfun V2 clone. That, plus two extra Efest 18650s all came to just over $110.
I love supporting B&M's, but......can't beat that kind of pricing. I don't need it five minutes ago.

The Turtleship is supposed to be very nice! There are so many gorgeous mods out there that it's hard to decide what to get next. I want them all!
I have a Nemesis clone with the magnets and love it. But it is a pain turning that locking ring every time I want to set it down. You can get stronger batteries I've heard so it won't fire on it's own in 18650 mode, but I don't have those. The hit I get from it is awesome!
