I thought of an e-juice I'd like to vape. At one point, the tobacco company American Spirit used to put out this loose tobacco product called 'Pow-Wow Blend'. It looked insane: The pouch was filled with twigs and bark and whole leaves. It looked like top soil from the local park. But the taste was amazing. It was a very sweet and complex herbal blend, and was a very soothing and pleasant smoke. I was really bummed when they took it off the market due to lackluster sales. Anyway if someone could copy that flavor, I think it would make a very nice vape.

Haha! I too have always loved stuff....and i want too many things too :) lol
I vaped 60pg/40vg for a long time and it had great throat hit, but I recently switched to 40pg/60vg because I do not want or need the throat hit anymore :) When I switched the vapor production was much much more though! Lol So, now when my bf is home I blow the big clouds out the Window so the house does not look like a haze ;) He gets upset when I fog the house up. Haha Do you diy eliquid any?

I thought I was still needing throat hit, but I've got a few juices without it, and I like them better. Now throat hit just tastes harsh to me. Maybe I'm turning a corner. I'm liking less nicotine, and less throat hit.

Smokers have been so psyched out about how hard quitting can be. Traditional methods of cessation do not address the hand to mouth habit and the nicotine replacement is minimal at best. Tell her to forget about quitting cigarettes and just enjoy vaping. It will come on it's own.

That's excellent advice. Putting pressure on to get someone to quit smoking doesn't work, but suggesting vaping just to enjoy it sounds much more positive. Every time someone vapes, it's that many fewer cigarettes they smoke. Too bad the stupid ANTZ can't figure that out, when they villainize people for being dual users.

I've also been experimenting with using my old standard Kanger coils in the Subtank mini. Even with the older coils I get better flavor than from my older tanks. A great option if one doesn't want to sub-ohm. (And it doesn't go through as much juice!)
I had no idea that was even possible. Totally gunna try that! :thumb:

I went tenatively online window shopping for just 1 more mod. Ended up with 2 mods, 1 tank, and another roll of wire.

I will need to get my shinyitis under control... after I get a few more things.
You two are so bad! Just the right amount...;)

I broke down and ordered a subtank mini and some wire. Don't need anymore mods at this point
Same here and same here!

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

I never tried DIY. I think I would love to do that but hubby isn't thrilled with my vaping so if I started acting like the mad scientist in the kitchen, I don't know what he'd do as he doesn't like big clouds either. I went from cigs to the gum and an occasional toot on the little ecigs but I chewed the gum for a couple years instead of 6 weeks and it started making me feel nauseous so he was happy I was finally giving up the gum and I knew those little plastic ecigs didn't bother him...but the day I gave up the gum I went to local vape shop and brought home a cheap $20 setup they sold me plus a couple bottles of juice and I was hooked and he hasn't said anything but starts waving his hand if too much "smoke" comes at him...lol

I also loved that stuff....I used to occasionally and it was good....I actually dedicated a pipe to it until it went off the market...yes I think that would be a good vape....for my ritual working.....very natural...

Throat hit is not too important for me anymore either. I really love a smooth inhale. Here recently it started to taste harsh to be too. I also went down to 3mg nicotine to 5mg nicotine in my diy.

At first I was little scared to diy, because I was scared to work nicotine (with safety gear and laying down paper towels in case of spills and having a trash bag ready to dispose of everything it is nothing like I feared it) and I was afraid my bf would give me crap for it. Now he loves that I diy because it is cheaper and he knows I am careful. He was thrilled for me to vape, because he had been trying to make me stop smoking since we got together in 2005. Funny thing is he also starts waving his hand if the clouds get too big, and when he gets mad at me he calls it smoke. Lol
