Yup, and one of them worked his way through college in the late 1970s in one of those neighborhood pizza, steak, and hoagie shops. I've probably made more cheese steaks than any of you guys have eaten in your entire lives. Hoagies and pizzas too. Wiz was not an option. American was standard, but you could substitute provolone if that's what you wanted. Hardly anyone did.Go into any and every neighborhood deli or pizza shop and order without specifying.
