That’s a Nuppin’ with a copper AFC ring. It, like the Ti and SS CCs, is no longer in production.

not all the materials are still in production

single 18650 is still available in 6061 alum, to my knowledge
dual 18650 in 2 designs in 7075 (i think it is) they are beasts, and really limit battery sag
26650 in the same, released maybe a month before 21700 were a thing

I suggest you try persuasion or even begging, because trying to "force" someone in Oklahoma to do anything at all is likely end badly for you.
