Other than generating money for the government, what's the purpose? Is it to promote buying within Germany? I don't really get it.

FDA BOC

Me neither. But it is definitely the money AND the promotion. :D Taxes in Germany are the strangest things ever.

On the other hand they check if things are send in illegally (weapons, drugs). If you want to import things to the EU as a company you have to have a mark of conformity (EC in the EU and DoC in the US) wich is given by a department like the FCC and NRTL in the USA. If the product you want to import does not have this mark you are not allowed to import. So you get sure that the item is technically ok and does not harm people.

Just another way for government to pick the pocket of the citizenry...

Oh yes! And the German government has a lot of ways to do that!:D:D

But on the other hand if they do not collect all that money healthcare would not be free and our speed limitless Autobahn would not be in this condition.

Next time,...we'll do things a bit differently... :sneaky:

Healthcare is free free? Like real free. Copays? Deductibles? Not limited. Prescriptions, everything? Specialists?

Then can totally live with the crazy tariff

Yes. Everything that that harms your health. Dental prostheses partly and dependent on the indication. Glasses are nearly free and of curse for very expensive designer glasses frames you have to pay the full amount.
You have to pay 10 Euros per day if you are in an hospital after a surgery but the surgery is free.
Plastic surgery is not free ;)

Two CCs made it through Hermine, intact. What a storm! Three days with no power (thankfully, I charged 12 batts beforehand, in anticipation), many trees down, flash flooding, tidal surges, and me merrily vaping with two gloriously wonderful CC mods :). You, Corey, are brilliant!

Sorry for the conversational detour. Back to Germany ...

I don't think the VAT fee, (Value added Tax), is just for Germany, it is for the European Union. IE... England, Poland, Greece, Italy, France, and a few others. Member state of the European Union - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia If we buy something from there, the VAT fee is usually waved, but if you are sending something from another country, the recipient is charged the fee.

Black Sabbath tonight!!
I saw Black Sabbath in 1971 in San Antonio.

Well, I should clarify that. We went to see Edgar Winter's White Trash with Rick Derringer (The McCoys...Hang on Sloopy) as the opening act. Stayed for two Sabbath songs and then left.

Have fun man!

My opinion doesn't matter but, personally I prefer the curve for El Doble. Shortens the width slightly right? And makes it more pocket friendly I would think.

Straight would be cool too. Maybe shape some gentle valleys between compartments.

I think whether straight or curved the fitting of a larger bottle in there is most important.

I get by fine on a single 18650 and 8ml. Get about 8 hours before I'm down to 3.7v with dual coils. Longer on a single. I know some people don't and I think with the extra battery having enough liquid becomes the issue then.

Edit: Corey just spit balling. Don't want to open any "cans of worms" for you. Whatever the final mod is we all know how beautifully well-made it'll be. Really the only thing I think you should consider on the dual battery mods is the larger bottle.

FDA BOC
I wish i could get that much battery life. I build low low , like .1 - .16 and i change batteries every hr or so , i have like 50 lol. I think a flat dual 18650 would look and feel great, 10ml bottle would be amazin....

Holy cow Bob...I'm thinking about it. Maybe with my dual regulated squonker I could possibly go through 4 batteries and 15-20ml in a full day/night. I considered myself a heavy vaper until ten minutes ago. Tanks definitely use more liquid in my experience. Still I can't get to those numbers....

FDA BOC
I go through 140ml of juice a week no problem, prob more. Chain vape except for work , i have to sneak off and vape lol

SSCC Update: Damn, my CC is at custom clearance and I have to pay $159,61 customs duties on imports. :-x

Corey should definitely open a shop here in Germany. :) Cheaper shipping and no customs duties in Europe.

A good excuse to get da heck outta MerkelLand
