Holy cow Bob...I'm thinking about it. Maybe with my dual regulated squonker I could possibly go through 4 batteries and 15-20ml in a full day/night. I considered myself a heavy vaper until ten minutes ago. Tanks definitely use more liquid in my experience. Still I can't get to those numbers....

Quick update.....

...

While I've got you all here,....what's your opinions on doing the CC II in a more flattened shape, vs the flask type shape? :?:

I've been kicking it around a little, as it would solve the left handed vs right handed issue. It would basically look just like a Classic, just stretched a bit to accommodate the second battery. My original thought on the curved design was to make it a little more ergonomic, but depending on left or right handed operation, it could be a negative. I kinda like the idea of it being ambidextrous, like the others...

Just thinkin' out loud here, so to speak....sort of..... :)

:2c:
As I am left handed I would prefer the triangle version as well On a style perspective. I do not know the exact measurements but I think I will fit in the pocket of a jeans ( ok, not in a skinny jeans) or in a handbag.

I have a Tres Equis Clone modded to squonk in use wich is triangle 18650 also. Very, very handy. The button is not on the top it is on the back side of the mod (my trigger finger covers it on the picture) so a bit different compared to the CC-Triangle (CCT?:)).

...

I think from using reos. But my button always faces right.

Just for reference

Hmm, I definitely would have the button facing left. It is like mirroring the right hand behaviour.

SSCC Update: Damn, my CC is at custom clearance and I have to pay $159,61 customs duties on imports. :-x

Corey should definitely open a shop here in Germany. :) Cheaper shipping and no customs duties in Europe.

Ouch  That's really sucks :(

Having never held a flask mod I love the shape but, I primarily use my left hand. I do swap off depending but, the triangle is more squonkdextrous.

Yes. Is does. This why ordering nice drip tips, caps or other nice accessoires totally uneconomic. But as you can not buy those things in Germany (Reo spare parts, CC, JMK Drip Tips ...) you have to order in the US. $34 Shipping for a $5 item. CoOps are the only way to get stuff for a acceptable price. I think it is the same when you order stuff in Europe. Are the customs clearance same expensive as in Germany?

I don't think we have custom clearance charges like you do when importing from overseas.

How did they come up with the $159 number? Was it based on the declared value of the mod?

Dang, buddy. :( Why would they be holding your $18 worth of "metal parts" hostage like that? Did you have to pay that much last time?

No, as they do random checks. Last time I was lucky. Maybe because the last package was very light they thought that $18 is correct.

I don't think we have custom clearance charges like you do when importing from overseas.

It doesn't matter if it is a present or an order. You have to proof how much the items in the package are worth.
I.e.
Order
You ordered a digital camera worth $200 + $34 shipping. You have to pay 19% VAT and 3.7% for customs duties for the camera. For the shipping 19% VAT. As this is an order you have to have a proof that you paid this order (credit card bill or the mail paypal send you that the invoice is paied). Without a proof the package gets returned to sender.

Gift

A family member sent you the digital camera as a gift. In this case the guys from the customs department will search the price of the item via internet. Also the price of the shipment.

In the CC-Case the only way out of this is to send two invoices (as this is a handmade product and it is not possible to search the price easily):
First invoice of $18 and $35 Shipment in total $ 53. Wich have to paid. Declared on the package is $18.
The second invoice is the rest of the amount the CC, upgrades and extras will cost.
So if the orderer is unlucky he or she is able to proof the order by showing the $18 invoice.;) But for many shops this is to complex and time consuming. That is why many shops or people in the classies do not send outside of the US. Fair enough.

Other than generating money for the government, what's the purpose? Is it to promote buying within Germany? I don't really get it.
